Our Program
Shared living, designed for independence.
Our homes provide independent, rented beds in a structured, quiet, and stable environment. Each home has 2 shared bedrooms and 2 shared bathrooms, with two twin beds per room — 4 residents per house.
We are not a group home or an assisted living program — residents live independently and simply share a clean, well-managed household.

No Drugs and Alcohol
No Drugs and Alcohol: we enforce a strict zero-tolerance rule for illegal drugs, substance abuse, and alcoholic beverages to ensure a safe, clean, and stable environment for all residents.
No Smoking
No Smoking: our homes are completely smoke-free to maintain a clean, healthy, and comfortable environment for all residents.
Single-gender shared homes
Our shared homes are single-gender: women live with women, and men live with men.
Timely, consistent rent payments
Our payment expectations are strict: rent must be paid on time and consistently each month, in accordance with your rental agreement. Review payment terms with our intake team before moving in.
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Enforced nightly so every resident gets genuine rest in a calm household.
No overnight guests
A zero-tolerance overnight guest policy keeps homes predictable, safe, and comfortable for everyone.
Cameras on site in shared spaces only
Cameras are on site and continuously monitor the exteriors and common areas of every home. There are never cameras in bedrooms or bathrooms.
Weekly Community Cleaning
A clean home is a shared responsibility.
A professional service deep-cleans each house weekly. Daily upkeep is shared by every resident, with a weekly sign-off verified by staff or the case manager.
Clean up immediately
Don't leave dirty dishes, food scraps, or spills in the kitchen or bathroom.
Wipe down surfaces
Always wipe down counters and appliances after preparing a meal.
Keep hallways clear
No personal items, shoes, or bags may block shared hallways or exit routes.

Rates
$750/ month
Each bed is a flat $750/month and all utilities are included in the rental price. Two beds per bedroom, four residents per house.
Security deposit$750, one time
Fully refundable upon move-out inspection, less any structural or repair damages.
For Referral Partners
Referral Partner Thank-You Program
Good placements start with good partners. Case managers, agency staff, parole officers, sponsors, and other local helpers who refer someone who moves in can receive an appreciation incentive — such as a gift card or referral bonus — for a verified bed placement. The incentive is provided only after the bed is successfully filled and the referral is fully confirmed.
Refer someone you support
Send us a client who meets our income criteria and can live independently in a shared home.
We verify the placement
Once the bed is filled and the move-in is confirmed with our intake team, the referral is verified.
We say thank you
Once confirmed, we send our appreciation incentive as a thank-you for the placement.

We accept online card or ACH payments, money orders, and cashier's checks. We do not accept cash or personal checks. Money orders and cashier's checks must be made payable to Blessings Housing Solutions.
